Mary was very pleasant, polite and helpful, but not pushy, she let me use the mattress chooser/tester, then let me take my time testing suggested mattresses, then explaining options on bases and headboards. The coffee was excellent.

I went to dreams Oldbury, Me and partner were unsure as there was a big range to chose from. We were greeted by Mary in kids bed section and ask she could help. We explain we came for a mattress and told Mary our budget. She told us to lie on the beds at the front of the store where a computer scanned our body to find the range of mattress that suit our needs. Mary showed us a various mattress and explaining the quality. I thought marys approach was very poffesional and not pushy at all and listened to what we needed. We had two children we us and even took our eldest to the colouring section whilst we were being scanned. She helped us find at mattress that me and my partner agreed on but was over our price range but Mary explained she would check in clearance and lucky enough there was one. Mary even threw in two pillows and free delivery and to take our old mattress away. Overall 10 out 10 service and will uses dreams again in the future when getting my eldest his next bed.

The man who assisted me was very helpful. Me and my wife went on the special machine to guide us to which mattress would suit our needs as my wife suffers from arthritis. The assistant was very understanding and didn’t rush us allowing us to make our mind to which mattress for our budget we would require. Top marks and Carnt wait for the new mattress to come so a good night sleep can be had.

Mary was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about products. We were immediately offered a drink. We were shown instructions on how to use bed and feel the comfort of the mattress. All options were explained very clearly. The manager was also very courteous.

Andy the person who served us spent time going through numerous beds and mattresses and we did that bed analysis we which very helpful. Andy didn’t do the hard sell he was informative and helpful which helped us choose what we wanted. We have and will recommend Dreams especially the Oldbury branch we bought from. It’s so refreshing to finally receive customer service at its highest.
