Usha was very helpful but at the same time allowed us time to look around. Good information provided about products available.

The service and knowledge from the staff was very good

We were very warmly welcomed to the store, but didn't feel pushed or pressurised into making a decision to purchase today. We went specifically to purchase a mattress today, to compliment the bed we bought from Dreams about 10 years ago, as our old mattress (bought from IKEA 13 years ago) never quite fitted the bed frame. We were greeted in a friendly manner by Robert, who immediately offered us a warm drink before leaving us to browse until we asked for his help. He listened to our needs, and spend a considerable amount of time with us, giving us guidance and assistance until we finally decided on the right mattress for us. He was amazing, so friendly and helpful, without being an obvious "salesman". We really loved the technology behind the gadget with sensors that helped to assess what kind of mattress would be best for us, well done on developing that! Overall, we had an excellent experience today and would happily return.

The colleague, Mary, who attended to us, understood our needs and recommended suitable products but at the same time was not bombarding us with too much information; allowed us to browse at our leisure/pace; provided us with refreshments; waited patiently for us to deliberate and decide although it was a couple of hours to the store's closing time. We were also given additional promotional items (pillows and mattress cover) which was a kind gesture and highly appreciated.

Overall service has been good

I received an incredible service from Store Manager, Andy. And upon our return, a continuation of great service from Satty. Unfaultable!
