Very friendly staff. Usha (the worker) was extremely friendly and helpful and she even offered me a drink. The variety of beds was amazing and would definatley reccoment to friends and family. 10/10

I was greeted on arrival by friendly member of staff, Andy . Who offered me a drink which I gladly accepted as hadn’t had time to grab one myself. Andy said look around and if I needed any help or advise , he was on hand. From entering the shop I received 1st class help and advise in choosing the beds and mattresses I wanted. Andy asked questions to help me choose the right mattresses etc for me . Because of the service I received I will revisit dreams again, this is because in a world of hard sell and arrogance. It was a pleasant change to enter a shop where I felt the customer mattered and that the customer care was exceptional. Well done Andy ! Well done Dreams !

The assistant was most attentive, helpful & caring with a sense of humour.

We have previously purchased items in this store in April 2017 and were very satisfied with items, health problems have meant we needed to purchase different products, we have been extremely happy with service and products each time. Mary was our server this time.
