Excellent service, staff both friendly and knowledgeable. Cannot comment on product satisfaction as purchases will be delivered at end of March but would at present use Dreams again

I arrived in the store to look round. The assistant was with another customer, when I arrived. As soon as he had finished with his customer he came over to me and asked if he could help me. The assistants name was Satvinder, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I was offered a drink when I was making my order and we chatted. There was also a lady assisant in the store, but I didn't get her name, she was very friendly also. A very good shopping experience.

As we walked into the store we were greeted by a lady called Mary, then Andy came over to us and asked if we would like drinks, we asked Andy for some advice and Andy was more than happy to help, Andy put us on a bed that showed all our needs and the best mattress that was recommended, then he offered help and advice on all mattresses and beds, when we went to the till both Andy and Mary chatted and helped us to decide on our purchase. The customer service was excellent.

The assistant was very efficient and saw to our needs.

This is my 3rd purchase from this store On each visit the staff have been superb. On this occasion I'd requested a specific call back on a mattress when one was available and Mary got in touch on Friday and then held it till i arrived on Sunday. As always the staff in store were keen to make us feel welcome until Mary had finished serving the customer she was with.

Friendly, co-operative staff. Didn't feel rushed.

Andrew was exceptionally friendly and guided us around the store to support our decision. Freindly helpful and knowledgeable on the products. Above all he was not pushy and yried hard to find us the best bed to suit pur budget and needs.

The member of staff (Andy, Manager)who served us was friendly, polite and professional. He explained all the delivery options, uplifting of old mattress, the value of the extended warranty, which we opted for. We were very impressed with the option of having the old mattress uplifted and were happy with the cost for this and the mattress covering in readiness for the delivery men to take it away.

Mary was quick to come to our assistance and very friendly. She showed us a number of options based on what we said we wanted. She gave us time alone to discuss, try other beds, to make sure we had exactly what we needed. She offered and brought us drinks during the visit. At no time did we feel pressured. When we were ready to buy the transaction was quick. Delivery within 2 weeks and to fit in with me. What more can you ask.
