Friendly staff, we're not rushed in to any decision, made to feel welcome, nice coffee, bought a bed!

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable on finding the right bed and mattress for us.

We visited on Monday originally and the lady we spoke to was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We went home to do a final measure up and we returned to the store on the Thursday. The gentleman was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We proceeded with the order of the bed and mattress. We arranged a suitable delivery date and left the showroom happy.

The producers were available to be viewed. Assistance was available and I was greeted at the door. I was offered a drink and when I needed advice it was there. Her name was Usha.

Usha and Andy the manger was very helpful (the service is brilliant).

Rob was not pushy at all he was very professional, knowledgeable and gave assistance when required. He ensured a sale for dreams.

The experience in the store was enjoyable,the member of staff was knowledgeable,understanding,patient,and conducted our business in a timely manor to our satisfaction.

Andy took the time to understand our requirements and was very helpful.

Our assistant was really nice and did not put pressure on us and sold us a bed that met our needs.
