Were able to look round the displays on our own until a member of staff (Mary Hughes) came over when it was apparent we needed some assistance. She was very knowledgeable, allowed us to test various mattresses after taking the bed test. Spent a lot of time testing mattresses which were appropriate with her help and finally choosing one with her guidance. She also gave us hot drinks which were more than appreciated. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and I would rate it as 20 rather than ten out of ten. Keep up the good work.

We arrived and was greeted by Usha lovely lady, we told her what we wanted and she showed us a number of beds . When we found the one we wanted she told us to get on the bed and test it out , she also got some lovely pillows for us to try and they were so nice we brought two. As we done the paperwork they made us a hot drink lovely service.

We where greeted as we walked in by Usha lovely lady , told her what we wanted so she showed us a couple of beds and mattresses. When we found the one we wanted she told us to get on the bed and try it out see what we think she said try these pillows out while your on the bed, we found they where lovely so we had 2 . Then while we was doing the paperwork she offered and made us a hot drink very nice the service was great .

The assistant we got was very nice, he told us to save our time was to try the mattress test, so after 5 minutes we knew what mattress we needed, the assistant was very helpful, pleasant and nice, we were offered a drink straight away, the whole experience was very relaxed, pleasant and enjoyable.thankyou.
