Great service, quick easy process , friendly and helpful staff

We went into the Dreams showroom to see the new range, but the bed and furniture that we liked was not available, as it was only on line, we were assured by staff members that description and texture, colour with measurements were all available at hand, which we had sampled. Both Andy and Usha have been superb with the information and details. It's been a great experience with their expert knowledge especially with our comfort in mind of purchasing a suitable bed for medical needs, I really appreciatd the time that was spent with us with detailed overall information.

Mary the sales person welcomed us and explained the types of mattresses available, she then proceded to check our sleep requirements on the test bed. Mary then proceded to show us 4/5 suitable mattresses (using suitable pillows) We chose a bed and Mary proceded to deal with the paperwork, we were given a sleeppal and also offered pillows and mattress protector.

Given every assistance no sales pressure. Offered a drink whilst we looked around. Directed in right direction for what we were looking for. Very friendly sales assistant gave us time we needed to get it right.

There was welcome and interest in my requirements from Andrew (0ldbury store) It made the choice and decision easy and I felt confident with his knowledga and professionalism .

We were served by Andy, the store manager in Oldbury. We had to replace our mattress which we brought from dreams 5 years previously due to flea powder dust causing us both health problems, we had been advised (incorrectly it seems) by a pet store to use this on human bedding. We wanted a like for like replacement mattress and Andy pulled up our old order and located the new version of our mattress which was in our price range. It was during the Jan sale but Andy couldn’t give us any discount on that mattress but then went above and beyond to aid our situation by offering replacement pillows and a display quilt for free. This saved us buying new which we would have needed to do to solve our problem fully. Very helpful, thank you!

Rob, the lovely gentleman/customer salesman, in your store was extremely friendly yet professional and took his time to listen to me. He understood my needs and explained all of my options very clearly. He was not at all fazed and was very patient with my questions. He is a credit to Dreams and deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. The price of the mattress I chose had also come down within the 24hrs it took me to decide so this was an added bonus. Overall I had a very positive experience in store and Rob could not have done anymore for me. Again he is an absolute credit to Dreams.
