The staff were very friendly, helpful and gave good knowledge about the products that were available. Staff were not pushy and gave you time to look around the store before asking if you require any assistance.

On walking in the store we was left to have a little look before a sales assistant approached us , he was really friendly and very helpful, couldn't of asked for a better salesman Andy 100% rated

The staff were very friendly & helpful on both visits we made to the store. We were looking for a mattress for our son, he wanted one like ours which we bought from dreams a while back. They helped us with the choices & pn returning to the store they were just as helpful.

Staff were courteous and polite. We were served quickly and was delighted with our purchase.

The large store had a high variety of beds. It was also very clear as to what the beds were made out of, memory foam, pocket spring and combination beds etc. We wanted to avoid another memory foam mattress, and were assisted by Satvinder and the store manager on the range of beds which suited our needs. We were made to feel very welcome, with drinks provided, and plenty of time from the staff to discuss the right bed for us. This ultimately made us purchase the mattress on the day.

The assistant Mary was very informative and was able to recommend a bed to us that suits our needs. She was very friendly and we felt comfortable to ask questions and to try alternative options. She didn't rush us to make a decision or to make a purchase quickly. We were able to make an informed decision and have been able to purchase a better quality bed than perhaps we would not have tried had we been left to our own devices. Thank you.
