Very honest... the offer wasn't displayed at the time of purchase but the manager explained it was the Black Friday offer, so I was extremely pleased. I was asked if I wanted a drink. Fantastic customer service. Thank you Andrew at Oldbury Dreams.

The lady named Mary was very polite and helpful, she worked very hard to find what we were looking for.

The staff were amazing went out of their way to offer amazing assistance looking for the best value in the price range we had really enjoyed the few hours we spent there

Rob at oldbury was really knowledgeable about products (sofa bed) and was attentive but allowed time and space for us to make decision. The transaction was quick easy and straightforward. He was also very accepting of our two children that were a bit over excited!

I was treated to an exceptional service... Very attentive staff... I was dressed in my work clothes which dont look the best for shopping for expensive beds but I was treated with the utmost respect by Mandy and all the staff Inc the store manager. I was offered a drInk and made to feel welcome I found the store spotlessly clean and very well stocked. I have visited 4 of the dreams sites in the past few weeks and I haven't got a bad word to say about the friendly welcoming staff I was looking at the showroom in Erdington Kingsbury rd and would have ordered the up and over storage bed set however we wanted the darker colour that unfortunately the company never made in that range.🙄 But I'd like you to know that Donna was also amazing over in that store please pass on my thanks. I purchased the items and have recommended Dreams Oldbury to all my friends and family. I would go so far as to suggest from my experience, that Oldbury be noted as a flagship example of customer service and customer satisfaction. Friendly staff with no pressure on sales

We received excellent service at your Oldbury store when we bought our mattress. It was nearly closing time, so a member of staff stayed a bit later to help process the sale. Very straightforward purchase. Our delivery was scheduled for today and I cannot express how grateful I am to your delivery drivers for changing things around to make things easier for me to receive the delivery. When the delivery was scheduled, I wasn't planning on my infant son being ill and ended up rushing around to the doctors and the pharmacy while also trying to get home in time for the delivery. I spoke to William, the delivery driver. Even though they were already at my property at the start of the 2 hour delivery slot, they probably went out of their way to fulfil other deliveries to buy me some time, since I was unable to arrive home within the 10-15 minutes they were allowed to wait. They arrived back at my property again within the 2 hour window to deliver the mattress and I felt so bad that someone else complaint they just exceeded their delivery window, probably because they were trying to help me out of my jam. Excellent service from store to delivery - we'll definitely be back again next time.
