Dreams - Oldbury

We were not sure at the time what kind of mattress we wanted but with the help of Mary you assistant at you Oldbury store we found exactly what we were looking for so thank you and well done

We arrived with the purpose of choosing one of the sale items, however ( as usual!) we didn't and purchased one of Dreams own Insignia branded mattresses which were sadly not included in the sale. Mandy looked after us very well including using the analysis tool that specified our requirements from our bodily dimensions. We always like a very firm mattress which we know is not to everyone's taste and restricts the choices available, but the 2000 spring Bedgebury was incredibly comfortable and, despite trying others, we knew this was the one for us. We've tried memory foam mattresses (our current one) but will be going back to a more traditional construction this time. The purchase process was easy and swift with a wide choice of delivery dates and included removal of our old mattress. We hope that our new Bedgebury will prove as robust and reliable as it was comfortable!

The person who was assisting us named Rob was very good.He assist us choosing bed and mattress by giving detail of quality of the product. He welcomed us offer drink to us while we was looking around.He also offer the pillow during our purchase. I think overall we are highly satisfied with our purchase and assistant by Rob.

We were able to use the electronic mattress suitability device which ensured that we were able to try which mattresses suited us.The member of staff that showed us around was able to take us to the mattresses to try out and advise us of the best ones.We were offered coffee and were not at all rushed into making a desision.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and had time to spend with us

The whole team at Oldbury are friendly, approachable and helpful. This was our second visit to purchase new beds as we purchased a new bed in June of this year and they were just as good this time as they were the first time.

Walked in, had a friendly manager Andy serve us, he helped with identifying my needs and educating me on the different bed available. Then we chose the right bed for myself and the sale of the product was very quick. He had a good conversation with us and it wasn’t very formal like other stores. We had a great laugh about life experiences we have had. Overall a very good service and absolutely love the 0% finance scheme.

Robert in the Oldbury store was fantastic. We had previously been to the store to look at a new small double mattress for our son which we eventually bought online from Dreams. we got a great price online but felt bad for buying online. A few weeks later after delivery of our sons mattress we were jealous so wanted a new mattress for ourselves and Robert was there again. We told Robert how bad we felt as he would probably miss his commission but it would have been an extra trip out and we didn't have time then. We got enough attention from Robert without him being too pushy and got some really good advise. In fact, we were given so much time we had a good 15mins lie on a mattress which really sold it for us! At no time did we feel like we were being sold something by a pushy salesman wanting his commission.

Quiet store so everything was clean and looked professionally laid out. Mandy, the lady who helped us with our order, approached with a welcoming greeting and asked us if there was anything she could do to help. She showed us the new "mattress technology" (can't remember exactly what it was called) that helped us know which bed suited my partner and I best. After receiving the results, Mandy knew exactly which beds were where and advised us of costs etc so we knew what to expect. After being shown which beds suited us best, Mandy was very polite and offered us a drink whilst we look around and advised us we could ask her any questions/queries. After deciding which mattress we wanted, Mandy was very kind and gave us some pillows to go with our order free of charge, and let us have choice of which ones suited us best. We felt very accommodated throughout our whole visit and Mandy was so useful we would highly recommend going to this store and asking for Mandy's assistance again.
