The new computer sleep technology is brilliant, it helped me identify the right mattress efficiently. The whole experience was very relaxing and calm which I believe is important in order to make the right decision first time. Satvinder provided an excellent service and advice. This is my second time purchasing from dreams and again excellent service, replacing the mattress I bought many years ago.

Staff were very helpful amd friendly, made me feel at ease when choosing what i wanted and needed.

Our sales assistant was very obliging and really knowledgeable. She was working on her own in the department which alarmed me for health and safety reasons but she was so courteous amnd helpful and tried to treat all customers very fairly working efficiently and professionally. The next day she contacted me to say that there was a technical issue with arranging a delivery date and that a store manager would be in touch but unfortunately this has not happened.

Everything was easy to find, approached by Mandy straight away she was very knowledge fun and approachable nothing was too much trouble for her

Upon entry to the store we explained exactly what we was looking for and our budget and straight away the dreams employee knew exactly what products to advise and explained what the differece was compare to other products.

Andy store manager dealt with us and was very friendly and helpful yet also very professional. Made us a hot drink. Directed us to what we wanted but also left us make up our own mind .this was very important to us as we didn't feel preshorised.
