Mary at the Oldbury store was superb - friendly and professional. She totally understood my needs and concerns and didn’t try to oversell me the products I didn’t want. I firstly telephoned the Merry Hill store and was not happy when told I needed to look online to see what they had, they weren’t prepared to help other than ‘look online ‘ . I needed to know the colour of Erin bunk beds- it does not say on your webpages. Merry hill also told me that Erin wasn’t on show in any show room!!! They obviously need more training. Mary was welcoming - she deserves high praise. I’m happy to spend whatever it takes for good quality products and service, but I’m no fool. Nobody prepared to spend over a thousand pounds on a bed should be treated with anything but respect.

Very good service from both the store manager and Mary. We also really liked the sleep machine which picked out our perfect mattress which was different from what we originally thought we wanted.
