Me and my partner attended the Dreams store on bank holiday Monday. Despite it being busy, we were assisted quickly and all of our questions answered. We were given a hot drink and taken to Mandy who dealt with our order. She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to go through our order with us and make sure everything was correct and how we wanted it to be.

From the moment we walked in the team didn't try to hard sell to us. We approached them and they were so helpful by firstly putting us on a test mattress to simulate what mattress would best suit us. Once that finished we passed to Mary who was amazing. Helpful, friendly and a vast amount of knowledge, she helped us pick our dream mattress. We never realised the difference in various mattresses until explained by Mary. Thanks to her knowledge and experience, we are overthe moon with out new purchases.

Mary our advisor was Very helpful,polite,knowledgeable and friendly. Greeted us and welcomed us into the store. We was not rushed or pressured and she took time to listen to understand our needs and wants.

We visited the Oldbury store on 25th August. We were approached by the sales assistant, Mary, who offered us help straightaway. We were first encouraged to use the diagnostic mattress to help us find out what sort of mattress would be best for us. This is an amazing tool and was a fun way to start the process. We were then shown the mattresses which had been recommended. Mary was excellent in her product knowledge as well as being very helpful, particularly to my husband who has mild Alzheimer’s Disease. She explained things to us carefully therefore, and was considerate to allow us enough time to make our minds up, and by encouraging us to try various mattresses so as to make good comparisons. We were also offered a drink and once our decision had been made, Mary dealt with our order efficiently explaining each step. Mary was kind, pleasant and very nice to deal with. We would recommend Mary and Dreams to other people.

This was my second purchase at Dreams in 10 days. On both occasions I purchased a mattress (double & single) and was delivered exceptional customer service. Upon arriving at the store, the assistant(s) explained the various types of mattresses on display via their colour coding & then left me to walk around freely. There was no sales pressure & no rush. When I made my selection, the process of ordering was swift & relaxed, with coffee/tea offered. All in all a lovely experience & I would definitely be returning.

Was greeted by Robert on entering the store. The store wasn't busy, in fact there was only me and a family in the store so availability of assistants was very easy. However Robert was extremely friendly and helpful and actually upsold me a couple of Tempur pillows which i hadn't considered or intended on buying! His knowledge and patience whilst i pondered over various mattresses and beds was exceptional. I am highly pleased with the whole process.
