Satineer was most helpful, pleasant and welcoming I had used online service but toldd the range was discontinued and couldnt find it on line catalogue. i had bought berkeley bedroom suite some years earlier called into old bury store on off chance they had the item clearly told and shown on ordering system it was still stock item! great service by satvinder...very polite and a credit to your organisation, not pushy just knowledgeable and approachable

the reason why i am highly satisfied about my recent visit to dreams is of many a reasons.i have a very good relationship with the manager and with the staff who work there in particular Satvinder. we discuss our personal lives and our conversations take of from there. i have brought another super king bed, frame and head board about 2 years ago and the service which i got then was absolutely spectacular.i was welcomed like i had known the staff for many a year, call us long lost friends. the customer service is terrific, Satvinder listened to all my needs (i brought this bed for my disabled mother)and then he told me which one is best for me. i stilled looked around and asked his the same question for the bed and he did not get angry or frustrated but he replied with a smile and the same enthusiasm as if i had asked him the first time around. the shop is huge and it is kept tidy, all of the items are displayed correctly and nothing seems over bearing. the parking facilities are great as there is a huge park and there is always ample space!

Plenty of mattresses available to try in store, minimizing the risk of buying online. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Immediate assistance from Mary who was very helpful. She showed me mattresses in my price range and slightly above and explained the content of each mattress.

Andy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He put us at ease and went through all available options.

We were met by Rob whom helped us choose the bed and mattress we were looking for. He then offered us a drink whilst we were making our purchase. He also told us about discounted pillows for placing the order. Very friendly and helpful man.

We were well looked after by Mandy she gave us lots of advice and was really knowledgable and not too pushy would definitely reccomend to family and friends .
