GREETED MORE OR LESS AS WE ENTERED THE STORE AND WHEN WE EXPLAINED WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR WE WERE TAKEN TO WHERE THE BEDS WERE AND TOLD THE OPTIONS. WE WERE OFFERED DRINKS AND WERE LEFT TO CONSIDER THE SELECTION. WHEN WE HAD DECIDED ON A BED AND MATTRESS WE WENT TO THE SALESMAN AND HE THEN TOOK OUR ORDER. NO HASSLE.

As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted and seen to straight away. All questions I asked were answered and helped me to choose the mattress that I purchased. Happy customer !

We weren't sure of the location of the store and so phoned beforehand. The member of staff that answered couldn't have been more helpful. On arrival we were only in the store a few moments before being greeted by a membe of staff and asked if we required any help. We did. We were asked various questions as to our requirements and then we assessed by the digital programme on one of the beds. Duly armed with a printout of 8 possible mattresses we were guided to the relevant beds. The experience was relaxing and at no time were we pushed into moving on to the next bed until we had time to lie in several positions. We were offered a drink and finally when a selection was made the ordering was simple. The whole experience was very satisfactory and stressfree.

We weren’t pounced on when we entered the store which was very good. We were then approached by Satty as we looked at a particular mattress. He suggested we try the bed tester which we did and found this to be of interest. Satty then made some suggestion is various price bands after which we chose an Insignia Burnham 1600 K mattress. He was very helpful throughout. We decided to take advantage of the interest free option. Processing this was prolonged due to the system failing more than half way through the process. However Satty stuck to the task we we concluded the purchase.

The assistant Mandy was very helpful and friendly and good knowledge of products. Offered a drink and free pillows.
