We knew what wanted - a double bed for the second bedroom. The assistant was helpful but not over-bearing. We were offered an insruance and pillows, but when we refused, we were given the mattress cover and insurance at half price and the pillows for free.

Mary was the lady who helped us she was really friendly and helped me to choose the right bed for my daughter.

Satty helped me with my purchase. His knowledge & Customer service was brilliant. He offered me all the options and didnt push me for any sales. I will be going back to this store very soon.

As soon as we walked into the store, we were welcomed by Mary who was very polite and immediately put us at ease and asked us if we needed any help. We told her what we were looking for and she got straight into telling us what the options were. I really liked how she asked us for our budget and she made sure she showed us all possible options and was conscious not to go over the budget we had. She made us feel very relaxed and she made our trip to the store very pleasurable.

immediately made welcome and informed of the various colour coded options for different types of beds. we were then left alone to search for what we were after without being pestered by over zealous sales staff , although staff were there if needed.once we selected a bed we called on the knowledge of the staff member for "fine tuning" our order. placed order , given delivery date , all in all Andy came across as being very product knowledgeable and courteous

Very experienced staff whom showed us a range of products to suit our budget. We wasn’t pressured in to buying but when we did our research Dreams can top for money and quality.
