We explained our needs to Mr Satvinder and he just seems to know what we were looking for. It was a change for us to go into a store to purchase an item/s and the Assistant knows what he is talking about. He also introduced us to the Assistant who makes the head board of the bed, and he too was very helpful. Overall, we came away pleased with our purchase. It would be nice if when one goes into any store to buy an item, that we are treated with the same courtesy and understanding and not according to our age as if we just come out of the middle age!! Some shop assistant needs to take a leaf out of Mr Satvinder's book. I am telling you that I have experienced of being awful because of my age.

I've only purchased two beds in my lifetime and as a result, I'm not very knowledgeable in this area. The assistant ( Rob ) was very informative and patient and explained all the 'in and outs' so I could make a decision that suited me. Excellent service.

Mary, the colleague was very helpful and gave her recommendations - she wasn't "pushy" either!

All the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole experience into a fun event.

Mary (the employee that helped me) was very nice and listened to my questions. If she didnt know the answer straight away, she quickly got the info. I didnt feel pressured to make any decisions.

The store was easy to find and to get to, parking available and plenty of spaces. The sales person was friendly but not pushy and was able to find what I was looking for in my price range taking my needs into account. I was able to get delivery for early the following week on a day of my choice.

Because when i saw the staff was very friendly and even he give to time us for satisfied .and he is very polite and very familiar because i am with my family sp every one is happy
