Great service and advice Rob was very knowledgeable and accommodating.

We bought our last bed from you 6/7 years ago. Visited in August 2017 and Mary was so helpful, we visited again on Friday 8th and spent ages looking at all different types of bed. Mary was knowledgeable, patient, helpful and humorous. Phoned and spoke to her Saturday with a few questions. Returned Sunday specifically to see her and complete the order. We got just what we wanted, it was Mary who brought us back after our first visit in August 2017. Such a pleasant team in this shop.

Friendly staff, however not pushy

The rep that attended to us, Rob, was very helpful and not at all pushy. He explained a lot to us which helped us in finding the mattress to suit our requirements. He offered help and assistance as and when required and seemed to have a very good knowledge of all the products.

Great customer service and good prices! We will soon find out if the product is good value for the money spent.

It is the first time I visited this store to purchase a mattress, and I was not disappointed. My sisters had visited a Dreams store for their mattresses and pointed me to my local store. Very helpful staff. cup of tea very welcome by offered by store manager!! I was advised to try the mattress etc. without any compulsion to buy anything. Can't praise them enough. Will definitely return for my bed needs...

Staff were cordial and courteous. Knowledgeable about their products. Didn't feel rushed. Even had a cuppa provided by the store manager. Very helpful...can't praise them enough... definitely shop for my bedding needs at Oldbury branch.
