Mandy was very welcoming and pleasant. Helped to choose right colour and cushion. System was a little slow in meantime she made a coffee for us. This is my second visit to this store and Mandy always goes out of her way. Her Customer Services skill are unique and outstanding. Thank you

Mary was a lovely friendly assistant. She was helpful and provided me with a banana and youghurt due to the duration i spent in the shop, as both me and my friend was looking at the prices for beds. Ended up buying 2 beds.

I like the friendly approach the staff showed me while I was in the store. I was very impressed impressed with the saleswoman Mandy who did not pressure me into buying anything, instead she listened to what I had to say then she guided me to the correct product's that suited my needs and my pocket. Using her great knowledge of the products for sale in the store she advised me about the differences between the three different mattresses I tried out so I would be clear on exactly what I will be getting for my money.

As soon as we walked threw the door a member of staff came straight over too us and greeted us they helped us find the correct mattress mandy offerd us a drink when we got to the till and offerd us pillows at a discount price the staff were very good helpful and friendly
