Very pleasant and helpful staff

Mandy the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helped us to decide as we weren’t that sure what we were looking for. She also explained that we have 40 nights to test the mattresses which is excellent.

The staff we're curtious and very helpful my husband has parkingsons and Satty I think the gentleman name who served us took great time and understanding of my husband condition. We highly recommend your Oldbury store.

Andy was very helpful, knew all the information. He new exactly what he was talking about and recommended the mattresses that I selected but he also did a run threw of others to my specks. He offered me a drink when we sat down to go threw the information and ran threw everything with me, He was also very friendly.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and made the buying procedure a pleasure

We were greeted as we entered but left to browse which is exactly how we like it. As soon as we needed help, we were able to ask someone nearby who was able to assist straight away and showed us the type of thing we were looking for. We were then left to examine the options until we needed more assistance when the lady returned and helped us further. She was able to answer all our questions but wasn't pushy, nor did she try and 'sell up'. The ongoing process of completing the order was straightforward and not too drawn-out.

Rob was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was keen to explain the difference in mattress and was not pushy in any way.

The staff were extremely helpful and explained in detail which mattresses would best suit our price and needs. There was no pressure for us to buy if we didn't want to.

We were treated very well and we were listened to when we said what we wanted. The differences between different makes etching were explained very well.
