Dreams - Oldbury

I was offered assistance shortly after i walked into the store, i knew what i wanted to look at and was shown the product immediately and was offered advise. Andy the gentleman assisting me advised i try another mattress as i was unsure about the firmness that i wanted. When we sat down to place the order i was offered a drink. At no time did i feel any sales pressure, i felt the advise i was given was valuable, overall a throughly enjoyable freindly experiance, thank you Andy

On entrance to the shop i spoke to a gentleman called Andy i found him extremely helpful and was able to answer my questions with ease, before making a choose Andy advised me to try a different mattress which helped me make my decision. We sat down to do paperwork etc and i was offered a drink, the choice of drinks available was excellent. Andy gave me a choice of payment options and also asked if i would like to take out insurance cover for the mattress, at no time did i feel pressured which i loved as i hate high pressure sales on entrance to a store, thank you Andy for a pleasurable experience within your store.

Mary was very friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful and guided us to make the best decision.

Assistant very attentive to our needs. Listened to what we wanted and was not pushy.very helpfull and did not rush us at all.

It is not often i am wowed by Customer Service, the visit to the Oldbury Store, was amazing .Paul and myself entered into a lovely clean well presented store , we were given a little time to look , then we was approached by a lovely lady Mandy, nothing was to much trouble, her questioning and product knowledge was outstanding( very rare these days). We were offered a drink what a lovely touch, we chose a mattress and was sat at payment desk and was told about the insurance which we took , we also added pillows and the mattress collection to our purchase, everything was explained in a clear way, nothing was pushy and, i relayed this to Rob the manager that he has an excellent team, very highly trained. A very big well done to Dreams and your team at Oldbury. We will certainly recommend your store and will be buying from you again very soon Thank you so much Susie and Paul Dicken

The professionalism of Rob during the services was very good, he fully understood what we wanted and explained everything clearly to us, any Questions we asked was fully answered we good knowledge and understanding. we had good value and a lot of choice offered to us to suit our needs throughout the process
