Went in looking for a divan but the variety they has came out with something completely different but will finish my bedroom off to high finish very pleased witj my purchase

We were approached by one of the sales assistants Mandy, who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She showed us a range of different beds alongside the Hypnos mattresses that we were most interested in and helped us to make an informed decision before purchasing.

The staff were very helpful,especially Satvinder who was very helpful advising us and answering any questions we had.The coffee was appreciated as well and was relaxing.Satvinder was very good at advising us in our choice as the options were very plentiful.Excellent member of your staff.

WE WERE GIVEN ADVICE AND THEN LEFT TO MAKE OUR CHOICE AND THEN RETURNED TO HELP FURTHER WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH ROB

As soon as we walked in the staff were very welcoming with a smile . Mandy at the Oldbury store assisted us from the start she made us feel at ease and had a lot of knowledge of the products. The manage very helpful too. We were also asked if we wanted a drink and also explained the different pillows which we also purchased and a king size mattress we are going back to purchase a double size bed. Dreams should feel very proud of their Oldbury store and the staff nothing was too much for them.0ur son and daughter have also purchased bed and mattress from this store in 2017 so we would highly recommend Dreams

We’d done our homework online to get an idea of what we were looking for before visiting the store to make sure it was comfortable and ok for our sons room. We were welcomed the store but wasn’t pounced on as soon as we walked in and was left to browse at our leisure until we were ready to sit and talk to someone with our order. This is exactly what I want when I visit a store. Others could learn from Dreams.

We were very satisfied by the help and information given to us on purchasing our order over the phone and delivery date by an efficient and helpful gentleman called Robert in Oldbury he said he would phone back delivery date which he kept is word and phoned us back later in the day overall very satisfied
