Rob was extremely helpful over my two visits to the store. He welcomed us to the store as he has done when we have bought previous beds. He offered us drinks and was very patient whilst we tried out the different beds. He explained the best features of the beds and helped us to choose the best bed frame and mattress for us. He also helped us to choose the correct pillow to go with our new mattress. We are very happy with our purchase and the service we have received from Rob.

The bed i was looking for was for my son because of his needs the person assissting us explained which would be the most suitable matress and why. when we located the bed and matress that we purchased, we was overed a drink (we had hot chocolate which was very nice) by the time we finished our drink the purchase was complete we also purchased two pillows the cool ones because my son gets really hot and suffers with migraines. i was satisfied because the staff was knowledgeable about the products they sold , making you feel at ease making sure that the one you choose is the right one for you weather it is firm ,medium, or soft and that you are happy with your item.

Mary was very friendly and had a good understanding and knowledge of the products available. All staff came across as a very pleasant team.

Professional service, willing to give guidance when needed but left alone to make the decision. Not pushy which is a massive plus as I would have walked out if this had been the case. Have always shopped at Dreams and will do in the future. Have already recommended to family and friends. Just waiting for delivery so hopefully this will go just as smoothly.
