Dreams - Oldbury

Lovely customer service, great laugh and even got a dance! What more can a customer ask for!? When I entered the store I was immediately greeted by Mandy who was very warm and welcoming. I told her about the issues I had with my current foam mattress as it dips too much and is too warm. She recommend that I try the firm pocket spring mattress. While I tried the mattress she was very patient, informative, provided me a coffee and variety of pillows to try. I ended up going for the Lieghfield 3000 D Mattress as I was really pleased with it. During the purchase stage she was very informative about the delivery process, finance, return, mattress removal policies and offered me a second cup of coffee. Funnily enough, War by Edwin Starr was being played on the radio while I was doing the purchase process. This resulted in a dance with myself and another colleague of Mandy's which was really funny and it put a smile on my face for the rest of the day. Also made my flatmates laugh when I told them about it. I really loved the friendly, fun atmosphere that I experienced at the Dreams store in Birmingham Oldbury. I would highly recommend to friends, family and colleagues.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful to find a mattress for our 6year old daughter and very patient with the children, who of course wanted to try every mattress. She showed us a good range of mattresses and listened to our requirements.

We were greeted by a very plesant man who offered us a drink right away, we had hot chocolate which was lovely as it was a very cold day. he then asked us what we were looking for and he proceeded to point out the differant beds we might like according to the spec we were looking for.

I knew what I wanted, the whole process was very quick and efficient

The care and time spent with Mary was second to none!! Great attitude and experience with the mattress in store. All the colleagues very friendly and even stayed after work to finalise my purchase
