The staff were knowledgeable and helpful

Ordered exactly what I had in mind. (Changed colour of base after ordering but this has been dealt with today (15th March). Look forward to delivery now.

The Oldbury store is local to me and the friendly staff along with a large well laid out clean store and excellent advice given has lead to an highly satisfied shopping experience.

Was not followed around by sales staff making me feel pressured. Was greeted and pointed in right direction and ask if needed any more help just come and ask. When I did ask for help was not tried to be pushed to the most expensive but what I was asking for.

With little knowlege of beds from the start we were approached straight away and in moments we knew what we wanted as you displays were well presented when you entered the store

The assistant Satvinda was really polite & pleasant.

Sales assistant gave us a lot of time we spent at least 1 to 2 hours with Rob, asking questions lying down going through the products one by one alot of information given also a lovely hot chocolate, He was happy to help even though we didn't leave until after closing

Firstly we attended in the aftermath of a heavy snowfall - the carpark was cleared and the walkways well presented - care had been taken outside as well as in. Inside the store was clean warm and friendly. We were allowed enough time to browse alone before staff approached to assist. Knowledge of the staff was brilliant and all in we think we got what we needed. Can ask for more really.

All the staff were friendly, not only the specific member of staff that dealt with us. I was particularly impressed with how patient they appeared to be, as we kept changing our mind when they were half way through processing our order. They may not have felt patient but they certainly continued to give that impression. Thank you.
