Dreams - Oldbury

We Arrived on a very snowy day and to our delight, the car park was completely clear of all snow and had been gritted thoroughly. We entered the shop and was immediately greeted by Mary, her attention to detail and knowledge of the product was second to none. The depth of knowledge about the products made it very very clear that costing the items that we chose we right. had it not been for her knowledge, we would have been unsure which item to purchase and probably would not have purchased. she was extremely friendly and offered us a range of products that we were interested in and made sure the item was right for us. she also made us drinks for my son and I which added to an excellent experience. overall the store was clean and tidy. a fantastic experience made even better by great staff (Mary)

Mary greeted us on arrival and spent time explaining about the different types of mattresses. She gave us expert help and advice on the correct type of mattress that suited my requirements. Overall a very pleasant experience.
