Mandy was very professional and experience. She greeted me and right away I felt like I had known her already she was very helpful in helping me to choose my bed as this is the most important piece of furniture for me and I am extremely happy with it.

your assistant asked what we were looking for and prce range, we showed her one matress we had picked without trying, she explained and illustrated the difference in the interior springing, and a range of firm to hard, after trying her suggested matress we promptly purchased.

Very helpful and friendly was shown a good variety and explanation and given time to make a decision and a nice coffee too
