We were buying a bed with our Mom who is 91. Satty was very helpful during the whole visit explaining about the different mattresses and bases that would be suitable for her needs.

I was shown a multitude of mattress options from my vague requirement, and nothing was too much trouble, even as far as matching the mattress to pillow options.

Mary was very knowledgeable of the products we were interested in and gave us every opportunity to test each option available. We were able to make a well informed decision in our own time.

We had initially looked for the products we wanted online and then were able to assess the size and comfort of the products in store. We were helped rather than pushed into a sale. It was a smooth process and couldn't have asked for more.

The store was clean and well laid out. We were able to try without being hassled but then when we were ready to discuss the items there was an assistant waiting for us. I’m really pleased with the delivery date, we have time to decorate the room before the bed arrives but still got it at sale price. I’m over the moon.
