Right from entering the store until leaving after the purchased we could not have received any better attention and service from Mandy

Great customer service and Mary was very knowledgeable. She was really friendly and made us feel at ease. The whole staff were really great. Definitely would recommend Dreams at Oldbury, West Midlands

The assistant mary was very helpful and friendly able to answer any queries we had . She had full knowledge of the beds she showed us. Greeted well and given hot drinks while we were deciding on the bed we preferred.

I and my son were welcomed when we arrived at the store; Elaine showed us the products we were interested in (a bed frame for my son and a bed frame plus mattress for me) and encouraged me to try different mattresses and she was able to explain the difference between the medium, firm and traditional mattresses. We were offered drinks when we were sat with Rob, and it was he that completed the sale at the computer/till. Both members of staff were helpful, friendly and approachable and made us feel very welcome.

The item we wished to purchase was on display and in stock. The gentleman who assisted us was knowledgeable about the product and could not have been more helpful. We were given plenty of time to think about the purchase and the option to return the product with 30 days was explained to us. We were not pushed into buying something we didn't want. The atmosphere was relaxed and the administration for the purchase was clear and efficient.
