Had good idea what we wanted after arriving we were shown to the bed that we had looked at on line and given plenty of time to try it ,we were given plenty information about it and finally bought it complet with pillows Dovet and mattress cover.

short waiting times, clearly understood what we needed and showed us range and their suggestions

At the outset the staff were very pleasant and helpful. They also showed understanding to the urgency of my need and did their uttermost best to help me get what i wanted (a Christmas present for our grand-daughter). We were extremely happy. There is no doubt that we will shop again at Dreams.

Staff were very attentive and really brilliant at showing an understanding of health needs and providing the best options to trial for the mattress.
