Greeted when we walked through the door by a very friendly employee called mandy at the Oldbury west midlands store, she told us all the information about the bed we were interested in and was very happy and helpful answering all the questions we had.

We came into the store and immediately greeted by the salesperson, after explaining what we required he talked us through the different qualities of the mattress. He left us to browse after offering us a drink, at no time did we feel pressured into a purchase. When did decide on a purchase he explained everything clearly making our visit enjoyable.

Upon arrival the store person opened the door for us and as I was pushing a wheelchair this was very gratefully received. Would've been nice if they had done it after they had my money too

great service and customer engagement provided by salesman with very good product knowledge. calm and patient approach utilised which made us feel comfortable and at ease

Everything went very well. Assistant really helped in explaining the difference between every mattress and their quality etc.

The staff were very competent and although I could not remember the name of item I was looking for, with one of the staff help we could find it very quickly. I was also offered a great price for pillows. my mattress was brought all the way to the car for me, and I felt like I was an important or special customer. thank you dreams!
