I experienced a great service being shown the different types of mattresses while drinking a lovely hot chocolate. At no point was there any pressure to buy but I would’ve been silly not to as the service was amazing.

We found what we wanted straight away for a good price and the service was great

The person who served us was very informative but didn't pressurise us at all. He was very friendly and answered all our queries. He is exactly the type of assistant who give companies a good reputation and persuades customers to return.

I’m due to move soon so thought I would look for a new bed. I always dread going to buy anything as a single female alone I always feel pressured by salespeople in retail from beds to cars!!! I have to say I had the best experience from the saleswoman Mary, she greeted me and I must admit I gravitate to women rather than men as feel less pressured. She was fantastic even though I said not buying today she still gave me full attention. After testing few beds she immediately sussed what I needed gave me pillows to try too. I even got a cappuccino!! I know exactly what I’m going back for when I’m ready to move. I did buy some bed linen as the prices were amazing. Thank you Mary for giving me your time to find my perfect bed. I’m saving for a Flaxby xx

My wife and I had a warm welcome and we given the opportunity to browse at will and we're given technical advice as required and we were extremely satisfied.

The assistant Andy was very helpful and friendly and very easy to talk to so with his help and experience and advice made this a very pleasant experience in choosing the right bed S Guy.

Plenty of staff around to assist, staff went above and beyond to make our store experience fast and efficient.

Both Andy and Rob were great - arranged to get stock allocated to store that was Web Only - they did not have to. Could quite easily have let us walk and sort our at home on our own. Very knowledgeable and no pressure - Thanks Gents

The staff were very approachable and did not give the heavy sale talk/pressure sometime found in the big stores. The product was said to be available within good time and delivery options relatively easy to fit in
