From walking through the door we were greeted by a friendly face, a lady by the name of Mandy, who listened intently at what we were looking for with out interruption. Mandy went through the different types/kinds of mattresses, asked questions regarding positioning when trying out the mattres, making sure we lay on them in the same positions we sleep in. Once we had found a mattress, Mandy then went through the different types of pillows that were on display and got us to try them on the mattress we had selected. At no point did we find Mandy pushing or over familiar, which makes a changes, we were also offered tea and coffee whilst going through the paperwork.
