Dreams - Oldbury

I was asked what I was looking for and shown products that matched my price band and choice requested. I was offered different ways of ordering

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

I knew which bed I wanted, and when I entered the store I was greeted by Mandy, who was very friendly, and very helpful. She answered all the questions I had about the bed and also helped me decide what sort of mattress to buy, which I will at a later date at the same store. overall...very satisfied with the whole experience.

It was just a very pleasant experience of buying a new bed and highly pleased with the service received

Rob was very good with us .we went into the store not knowing what would suit us .but Rob advised us .the bed to suit us .we were offered hot drink which was very .nice .he did not rush us again that was good we are both in our 70s so we can't be rushed

staff very friendly and helpful was able to explain what type of bed was best for us. no one was chasing us round the store but available when needed.

We went into Dreams in Oldbury and after looking around the shop for a few minutes, feeling a bit confused with what we wanted; we were greeted by a lovely lady called Mary. She showed us a few different beds and gave us some lovely pillows to try too. We were even given a nice cup of coffee. Mary spent a lot of time with us and helped us find the perfect bed within our budget. So we were more than happy with the service.

We were served today by Robert. He was very articulate and his knowledge of the products was very helpful in my decision making. He explained each and every item that we iidentified and we felt that we were special. He asked if we required a drink and this was made in an instance. We would have liked the item a lot sooner but we are quite happy to wait for delivery within 2 weeks.

I was politely served by a Lady called Mandy. She knew what she was talking about and in this day and age it was refreshing not only to get some Customer Service but in this case EXCELLENT Customer Service. I had visited the store 2 weeks previous to price up what I was looking for and she remembered me as soon as I walked back through that door. She will make a good Manager with this attention to detail.
