Helpful friendly staff explained everything clear

Mary, the assistant was friendly and knowledgeable and understood our want to find the best mattress and bed within our price range

I was highly satisfied with the quality of the items and the care and consideration that was taken in recommending what to look at, the staff had offered my family and I drinks. The store was very clean and the staff were very acknowledged with the information and the details. I am very content and over the moon with the service and the kindness that my family were greeted with. I have never experienced such compassion anywhere.

I was greeted in a very friendly manner by Mandy. She assisted me and helped me to choose the mattress i was looking for. When we get to the till to finish the purchase i was offered a coffee (very tasteful) and all the paperwork has been completed smoothly and without any issues.

When we first arrived the assistants were not pushy. Rob came over and asked if we needed any help. He was very knowledgeable about the products and gave us lots of information. He then left us to discuss and try the products. When we had more questions he came over to answer them and give advice. We were not rushed in deciding what we wanted and spent 2 hours making the decision that was right for us. Rob was very patient with us.

Andy was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Offered us a drink and showed us different items we were interested in around the store. Was genuinely interested in our order. Have showed at this store before and would do so again and also recommended others to the store. Very efficient service.

not really knowing what kind of bed we were looking for when we entered the store the general information that we were given was invaluable to us in choosing a bed

We were attended by two salespeople, who both showed good knowledge of the products and took time and trouble to help us make a purchase.

I was greeted by Mandy at Oldbury very warmly, offered a drink and given a pair of pillows FOC. She wasn't too pushy but offered her expertise and advice when I asked.
