The assistant was very helpful and explained the differences between the mattresses which is what we were initially looking for. She provided us pillows to try out different ones and in the end we purchased the bed and headboard too.

Assistant in store, Mandy, gave us immediate attention and advice but also then gave us time alone to decide and try which was much appreciated. Along with a coffee too.

The woman who sold us the bed frame was very friendly and knowledgeabe

good selection of products, the assistant (Mary) was pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable with regards to the products.

As soon as we walked in we were greated by A member of staff (Mary) she ways absolutely lovely not being pushy as you find in most retail outlets. She established what our requirements were, offered us the Tempur experience, was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products. She also told us about her experience at the factory for the Harris mattress. Mary also got us to try the mattresses with different pillows we were not rushed at all and was even offered a cup of coffee. Was a really lovely experience and we feel that we have purchased the right mattress for our needs.

Me and my mom visited the store and was greeted by a gentleman as we entered. From what ive normally received when visiting stores like Dreams, that's it, you are bombarded and pestered from then on which in turn normally makes me just walk out. On this occasion it was totally different, Rob was very friendly, knowledgeable and very approachable. He didn't pester us, he didn't hang around he carried on making himself busy close by and when we needed help he was on hand and spent a great deal of time going over our questions/concerns and made the whole experience a very pleasant one indeed.

Mary was a lovely woman and very eager to help we new what we wanted and she took us straight to the best product in our price range

We were very happy with the wide selection of beds in all prices and comfort. The staff were very friendly and the lady who served us was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Staff were very Friendly and welcoming. Satty who served us was very helpful not pushy at all and took all are needs into consideration as i suffer with hip and back pains. Plus he served us a really loverly hot chocolate out of there new drinks machine. Plus store manager kindly put the heating on for me as was a clod and wet day. Just moved to the area from Southport due to just got married to a local man and got a new house they were very helpfull with a convenient delivery date for us. Find sale staff very pushy but staff in this store were Excellent.
