The store manager went out of his way to help us nothing was to much trouble we didnt feel pressured at all we wasnt rushed either good choice of products and we tried out a lot of beds felt very at ease

Frozen Duvet cover was on display and showed available in the brochure and online. my daughter who is 5years old was crying for it in the store when staff said that it's not available. She wanted to come out of your store with the frozen duvet cover as we ordered the her bunk bed so I asked if they could sell the one on display but Rob, a staff member said he is not allowed to sell it. Being a loyal customer to your store, i should say this was a very bad experience. Also the duvet cover wasn't available, so it should not be on display or in the brochure.

We were welcomed by Mandy in store. We were informed of the key to the colours on the beds. We were offered drinks. The atmosphere was very calm.

Got to test a variety of mattresses. Then try out cheaper and more expensive equivalents to what we were looking for. Helpful staff all round.

Sales person Mandy explained in details the differences in the mattresses. Demonstrated the manual and electronic Ottoman beds. Polite and took a personal interest in getting the most suitable equipment for me. Warm friendly greeting. Made me a lovely coffee. Also offered pillows and bedding.

Very helpful store manager who showed us different options but left us alone to try out (pillows). Didn't feel pressured at all to buy. With the guidance of the store manager the items that were purchased from Dreams Oldbury have given me restful sleep since. We'll be back for more.

We were served by a colleague by the name of Andy. He was very knowledgeable about all the products we looked at. He was very patient and understanding. He made our shopping experience enjoyable.
