Was greeted by friendly member of staff. Full knowledge of products and my needs. Very helpful with the extra products I required. No hassle with purchasing or completing my order. A very pleasant visit.

I couldn't have asked for better customer service in the Oldbury Dreams store than that which I experienced from start to finish. Mary was so helpful in my quest to find a new mattress that suited my needs, she was very knowledgeable about each mattress she asked me to test and didn't seem to mind in the least going backwards and forwards across the shop to keep testing and eliminating the various mattresses until we came down to the final one. From there we went through the process of ordering, delivery time and payment, a simple straight forward transaction and I cant wait until 8th September when my new mattress will be delivered and I can get a good restful nights sleep. Thank you Dreams and especially Mary for making my purchase so easy and hassle free.

Satvinder was an example of how customer service should be done. 1) polite and attentive 2) knowledgeable - knew all the products and their benefits 3) not overly pushy on the sales, but gave us time to decide and consider everything 4) built great rapport Top guy

Good selection of products available. We were encouraged to take as long as we needed and to try out as many products as we wanted. Staff member was friendly, knowledge and helpful.

me and my partner was looking for a new mattress but wasn't sure which one to go for the gentlemen their was very good explained about each mattress and answered all of our questions I will definitely be returning to the oldbury store if I need anymore beds/mattress

I ordered quickly on line with quick delivery dates and prompt credit decision. I thought I would visit the store to check out the new mattress and discovered it was as firm as I would like. I explained my problem to the sales guy as. I needed a mattress urgently. He was able to help me select a suitable mattress and sort out the replacement very quickly.

We found your salesman Satvinder very supportive, his assistance and product knowledge greatly helped us in selecting a base and mattress. There was a good choice of beds / mattresses available in the store and they were displayed well with useful information.
