Mandy was very good and pleasant, not pushy and gave us loads of useful information to make our decision.

The sales colleague allowed me to have a wander in the store without standing behind me. She allowed me to test the product to be comfortable with it. She came back every 5-10mins or so to see how I was getting on. I wasn't rushed or pressurised into the sale. She was happy to answer any questions and was friendly, polite, pleasant and professional.

Sales assistant very help and informative about products,ensured and we were given relevant answers to the questions we asked, make us feel welcome, did not pressurise us into buying the items we brought, a very pleasing shopping experience, would not hesitate in going back to the shop or recommending to family or freinds

Mary was of great assistance in choosing the correct mattress, base and pillows.

A great welcoming and friendly staff with excellent knowledge.

This is the second bed I have bought from the Oldbury store in the last month. The service was extremely efficient, but more important in this day and age super smily and caring, the whole experience I have to say was a pleasure.

Fast and friendly service provided by Sales assistant Mandy. My wife and I went to Dreams with specific requirements which were met. The team also proved themselves to be open and competitive seeing as we also found exactly what we required at Bensons for beds. The Dreams combination of value for money, excellent customer service and willingness to negotiate in order to ensure a sale is what kept us from going elsewhere. Will be coming back when it's time to replace my son's beds and would recommend Dreams to everyone. The only hitch was not being given a delivery date due to the bed being out of stock.

I rang through with my order , the lady on the phone was extremely helpful . The order was straightforward no messing about . The date that I was quoted for delivery was no good so she said to leave it with her and she would see what she could do and ring me back ,true to her word she rang me back with the delivery date I wanted.

The sales assistant, Satty, was extremely knowledgeable and did not pester or crowd our space. He was very amiable and greatly assisted us making our choice of mattress We found store environment very relaxing and the whole experience very pleasant Had considered going to Benson for Beds but their online reviews were not very flattering to say the least.

Many was friendly ,helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Helped us make our decision on first visit so we did not have to look at competitors.
