mary my sales assistant was exceptional. her knowledge of the products were second to non. i will be returning as and when required.

We were greated strait away and mandy helped us find the right mattress for us. She explained the different types and price ranges. She wasnt rushing us and answered every question we had. She was amazing and we are happy with our purchase and cant wait for it to arrive.

This was our first ever visit to Dreams. As my wife is disabled the staff was very helpful in answering all of our questions in finding the right bed for her needs within our price range. From start to finish nothing was to much trouble.

We were served by Andy - his knowledge of his products was excellent, his was honest in opinion and there was no hard sell. We were made to feel welcome and offered refreshments. His colleague, Satty was very friendly and welcoming too, took time with us and was able to answer questions and gave availability on delivery options. Excellent customer care and service, well done both Andy and Satty ! We will be back very soon to make another purchase :)

When i get in the store i have found a large variety of products, Mrs Mandy has been very helpfull, professional she understood my request and offerd me solutions and the best offers. I have been served with coffe and all the procces of ordering and paying was fast.

Andy was very helpful- felt the time judging our price range, what we wanted and suggested additional options we had not previously considered.

Visited the oldbury store with my partner, was greeted by a lovely gentleman (Andy) who offered us a coffee before helping us find the right mattress for us, the service we received from Andy, and also Mandy & Mary, was second to non, at no point did we feel pressured to make a purchase, and was shown a great range of pillows that we didn't think about when looking for a mattress, thank you very much, we will definitely come back to Dreams!
