Very helpful staff

Well informed staff and very helpful with helping us to make choice of mattress.

The member of staff was very friendly and we told her what we were looking for. She instantly took us to the selection of mattresses which met our price criteria and told us about each of them. This allowed us to make an informed decision and we then purchased the right one.

Mandy was so helpful and spent a lot of time trying to match my needs with the budget I had. She even got the manager involved to get me the right deal at the right price . Manager at Oldbury also was very helpful and spent time with me. Both a credit to your team . I can also recommend the hot chocolate !

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly at the store. No one was too pushy with us and we were able to take our time to look around the store. We were able to find a good product at a reasonable price. Our experience was very positive, would recommend!

We went into the store and were greeted politely , and were asked what help could be given . We told the member of staff and were shown what options were available and allowed to try each mattress for effect , with no rush .

Was very satisfied with my visit to Dreams Oldbury, the assistant Rob was very helpful in understandin what I needed and did all he can to help for what I needed, great service.
