l entered Dreams......Member of staff called Mandy came to my assistance immediately-Explained that l required a quality mattress and pillows due to a family emergency and that l needed one that l was able to transport myself the same day....After listening as to the quality l required and the price l was willing to consider, Mandy offered me three options.....After choosing the one that suited my needs, Mandy kindly offered me coffee whilst the transaction went through........Mandy then carried the pillows whilst a male colleague carried the mattress to my vehicle.......Job Done within 20 minutes !!!!!!!Superb customer service ..

The sales assistant, Mandy, was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. In no time at all she showed us exactly what we wanted and the sale was completed in no time at all. A bright clean store.

I knew what I wanted before I set foot in the store but the chap at the desk went out of his way to explain everything and he had a great sense humour which I always appreciate.
