Dreams - Oldbury

We were asked about what we wanted not fobbed off with the most expensive, the staff were very attentive.

From the moment we entered the store we were met with a smile and an offer of assistance without any feeling of being under pressure. The staff could see we were seriously interested as Andy came over and introduced his colleague Rob who was very knowledgeable about all the products. We were looking for 2 mattresses and a bed frame which ultimately we bought after much deliberation, patience from the staff and a really great mug of coffee. I would without hesitation recommend your Oldbury store to anyone looking to purchase a new bed or mattress, they were a pleasure to spend a couple of hours with even if it did cost us money 😃

Mandy was very knowledgable and friendly but wasn't too over powering in her sales pitch.

I was served by Andy , he was very friendly without pressuring me , he offered me a drink , i took my measurements with me and Andy was very helpful putting all the measurements together with myself for the furniture i wanted ,he explained delivery that my furniture was coming from germany he was knowledgeable about the products and what i needed for the space i had , i would highly recommend Dreams to anyone , the other staff was Rob who was also very friendly speaking to both my children , if your thinking of shopping at dreams please dont hesitate , i will be back to fit out another 3 bedrooms ... I was served by Mary at the dreams store in Oldbury who helped us in picking the perfect bed and mattress. She spent quite a bit of time helping us decide what we needed. We purchased a bed mattress quilt pillows and bedding so we were happy that we could get it all at once.
