Our assistant was very helpful from the start, suggesting that I lay on the special "computer"bed which was a very good idea. She then directed us to each of the mattresses recommended by the computer and I tried each one under her guidance, finally choosing the one I ordered.

We were shown the bed that looks at the kind of sleep individuals need and then taken around the store based on its results by a team member called rob he was very patient with us and accommodating I am 7 months pregnant so it was difficult getting up and down very fast but I was never rushed and he took his time making sure we were happy with our decisions and he gave us lots of information regarding our interests

Usha was amazing, she didn't push me to buying anything. She took me around loads of options that was best for me

Usha took the time to take me round various options suitable for me. She showed me many mattresses but the only issue was that some were out of my price bracket which she did not know. She showed me the sleep master system and was very patient with me and my parents. She offered us a drink and time to ourselves. Great customer service in the current times.
