The process of choosing the bed and which different types where availiable and the knowledge of the staff when taking threw our needs for thia process was great and the mattress was great because you can try them before choosing which one to buy. The man that served us was really polite and he offered us some drinks and all the help we needed without being to pushy or overbearing with selling us things even though he could tell that we haven't been and brought one before. The process was simple and easy to add together for the whole bedroom set that we brought in the end.

We found what we wanted at a good price. Personal attention was just right.

We were greeted as we entered the store and asked if we would like some help, which we accepted gratefully. We were told about the different grades of mattresses and encouraged to try. We did not feel we were being pushed at all, just given helpful advice.

We were greeted by a very knowledgeable and friendly assistant by the name of Andy. He showed us around the showroom answering our questions and demonstrating the way the ottaman beds worked and letting my wife try them herself. This reassured my wife she could open and close the bed with esase as she has a slight disability in her hands and arms. Then with his guidance we tried out the mattresses and chose a new mattress. We were offered coffee refreshments and took advantage of the pillow offer. I would like to say our exsperiance was very pleasant thanks Andy

We didn't feel pressured to buy, by the store or the assistant. The assistant spent time in an inofficious way to ascertain what we were looking for and to understand our general preferences, and only then to make recommendations based on the makes and styles of bedroom furniture we had shown an interest in ourselves. The assistant was clearly well-informed and talked through with us the options and combinations that were available.

Rob was extremely knowledgable in all aspects of the beds, mattresses, headboards etc. He was patient and diligent ensuring my daughter who is due to have major spinal surgery in July tried all the beds and explained the different aspects of each mattress and each base so she was able to select the best one for her needs. He was so considerate and helpful. He was professional yet friendly and we never felt under any pressure to decide and I know we took up a lot of his time but we needed to be sure we were making the right choice given her surgery. He showed us the colour ranges and explained which headboards were compatible with the base we chose which is important for a 16 year old. He encouraged her to try out all the beds in the store ensuring she made an informed decision and for that I am extremely grateful. The whole process of ordering and achieving a suitable delivery date was so flexible.

Excellent customer service with a knowledgable and friendly, non-invasive (not a typical pushy sales person which we very much appreciate).

Friendly and personal service. Was offered a drink and left to wander the store at our leisure. Mandy was always nearby to answer any questions. Never felt pushed in to making a purchase - this ultimately encouraged us to revisit the store to make our purchase.

Went we came into to Dreams an assistant came to us and asked if she could help, We explained roughly what we were looking for, she went out of her way to show us loads of mattress, and for us to try them. Also explaining how they were made, and with what materials. All the staff where really helpful
