Great service, not 'jumped on' as soon as we walked into store, given a chance to have a good look around. Once our decision was made we were treated with the utmost curtesy. We were offered warm drinks, which were most appreciated and made the whole paperwork experience, so much easier and friendly! Offered the service of having our old mattress removed and given a green bag to cover it with, for easy removal. Insurance was explained and a freee mattress cover given! Delivery was arranged for our convenience and a text message has already been received with regard to this. All in all an excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DREAMS to anyone. Thank you!

Mary from start to finish was very friendly with us offered us a drink right away. Mary was very knowledgeable about the products and was very helpful in understanding our needs she gave us time to pick our options and I didn't feel like I was forced into buying anything I would definitely buy from dreams again just because of how great Mary is at her job.

Had visited Oldbury store when refurb being carried out, Rob helped us as much as possible. We checked out Furniture Village on similar items required, then revisited Dreams store and every effort made to give us the deal we wanted. Very pleased with our experience and purchases, not yet delivered and tried.

Having dealt with previous suppliers it was a pleasure to be treated with such professionalism. The choice and explanation of your products was explained by one of your staff "Satty" with clarity and courtesy, making our visit a pleasure and not a choice minefield. I have to say the hot chocolate we were offered certainly ticked the overall final pleasure box. Will definitely return in the future. Well done Dreams!!
