Mary was excellent and gave us great service

Was buying a mattress with and for my 80 year old mother. The sales assistant was extremely patient with us, giving us the layout of the store, and as much time as we needed to make a considered purchase.

We visited you Birmingham Oldbury store and was helped by staff member Mary. She was very knowledgeable about all your products and services that we asked about. She was very welcoming and friendly which is the main reason we purchased from Dreams instead of your competitors. Although we haven't received our products yet - we know we will be highly satisfied with everything we ordered as Mary ensured we were happy before placing our order. We tried out a good selection of mattresses and pillows which paired together with a lovely bed frame we know we made the right choice.

We were welcomed into the store, Mandy listened to our requirements and recommended a bed and mattress that suited our needs perfectly. We were made to feel welcome, and kept laughing throughout by Mandy and Stav. We were offered some nice hot drinks also during the purchase. We were very happy with our experience in store.

The service we received was very good. Mandy and Stav looked after us with good advise and hot drinks. They also left us in peace to try the beds and we did not feel under pressure to buy.

The staff in the store were friendly and took the time to understand my financial situation and needs. I did not feel pressured to purchase a particular product and I was given space and time to think and make an informed decision about the product I wanted. The process from purchase to delivery was explained well and I felt I got a product that was good value for money. The delivery was timely and as expected and even though I was not in for the delivery my girlfriend described the delivery men as polite and helpful.
