We tried out all the beds until we were satisfied we had the right one

Mary Hughes, the salesperson, went out of her way to help us find the product we needed. Her product knowledge was first class, gave full explanations of other accessories available. Yet not 'pushy'. Friendly and really helpful; what more could one ask for. She fully explained the bill to be prepared afterwards and pointed out any extra charges that would be applied in our circumstances, as we required our old product to be moved.

Mary was there for us from a couple of minutes after we arrived so we didn`t feel pushed, like some stores would approach you before the door had closed, we felt at ease bacause mary spotted our sense of humour ans put herself to our level, from there on we had ordered quite quickly and had a great mug of hot chocolate, thanks Mary.

It was a relaxed environment where staff were there to help if needed, but also gave you the opportunity to look around without pestering! Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The store had both beds in that I wanted to look at. Was able to purchase quality duvet and pillows at a price I was happy to pay along with a bed. Staff member Satty was great.

Excellent service from staff

Very helpful assistant who took his time to explain all options to me, made us a cup of coffee while we thought about the options. Did not rush us and took time to answer all questions

Rob was excellent. Knew the products inside out and gave honest and open advice. Wasn't pushy at all and was great with us on our initial visit before lunch and then after lunch when we returned.

As soon as we walked in, i was welcomed by a lovely woman named Mandy and she helped us in every way possible. Such a beautiful character and so helpful. I honestly only went in to compare prices and just have a quick window shop but she showed me and found everything i was looking for (style as well as price). It would of been a shame to not buy anything from there as she was great. She even made us a few coffees which topped it off even more. Great experience overall. Will definately be back but with a much thicker wallet i hope!
