The guy had good knowledge and was very confident and also very friendly.

A quick, efficient, knowledgeable service, with delivery on a Saturday and removal of old mattress - everything we needed.

Andy the store manager was fantastic. All we knew is we wanted a mattress, we didn't really know what we were looking for. He helped us find the perfect product. He took time, he listened to us. He wasn't pushy. He also helped us select new pillows. He gave us information and also knew when to give us space so we could talk to each other about what we thought. Perfect customer service, a rare find!!

We were served by Andy and he was very good. He assisted us with all we needed and offered tea/coffee etc., Very nice man. I was allowed to take my time in trying the mattresses which I thought would be suitable for my back problem and Andy was very helpful.

Very helpful employee at Oldbury store called Mandy. Once I explained what I was looking for she knew straight away the best choices for me. Took time to show & explain range of headboards

Good service from the staff

Mandy was so normal and down to earth. Honest and friendly. Not pushy but really knew her stuff. Her manager should be proud of her and tell her Well done. When we came out of the store my boyfriend said "thats one of the best buying experiences I have ever had".

The sales representative was very friendly and welcoming aswel as knowledgeable about the product, yet was not over friendly as to come across as pushy. There over making the experience quite pleasurable without feeling pressured.

although I have paid more money than what I would have liked I am satisfied that I will get a good nights sleep once the bed has been delivered . it was good trying out the different beds and the lady assistant was very knowledgeable
