Friendly and very helpful sales person I did not feel pressured felt very comfortable in store

The sales rep listened to our requirements and guided us with clear explanations of the queries we had about the items we were interested in. We were not pressured in any way to make a decision, and we felt comfortable with our shopping experience.

The sales person (Satty) clearly knows what he is talking about when it comes to memory foam mattresses and was very helpful and friendly without being overly pushy. He gave us the time we needed to make a decision even though it was pretty much coming up to closing time in the store. I would definitely return for further bed purchases.

The staff there were very friendly and helpful, patient in explaining the product. A cup of tea was even offered.

The sales person (Mandy) was very helpful and helped us to choose the right bed for us. She offered us a pillow for extra comfort when trying out the beds. We were also offered a cup of coffee whist she dealt with our order. The delivery date was within a week of our purchase and we are very satisfied with the way we were treated at the store on the day of purchase.
